WE are in the business of distribution & execution of clients transactions. We are emplaned with AMFI from ARN No-0057. We adhere to the rules laid down by the SEBI, AMFI and companies whose products we distribution/execute.

Lalit Kumar could also get reimbursements towards promotion and marketing related activities conducted for clients on behalf of AMCs. These reimbursements are event based and the same may or may not be received from AMCs in a particular period. Further, since such activities may be carried out at AMC level, reimbursement amount received cannot be attributed to any specific scheme being offered by such AMC.

Details of Scheme level commission on Mutual funds are available with the Relationship Managers and would be produced on demand.

This is on a best effort basis and rates are updated as and when actual rates are received from AMCs.

I am a distributor of mutual funds and registered with AMFI and that in my capacity/relationship as a distributor. I may provide investment advice to my clients, incidental to my primary activity of distribution of mutual fund products, which is exempted from registration under Regulation 4(d) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
